HellVault for Content Creators:
Collaborations, Access & Street Team Power
A Rare Window Into a World In Progress
HellVault is a haunted attraction and indie horror film project being built inside a real industrial facility. Right now the work is raw and unscripted. Walls are going up, equipment is moving in, and scenes are taking shape. For content creators, photographers, filmmakers, podcasters, and journalists, this is the moment to document the build before the curtain rises. If you want authentic behind the scenes access in Colorado and a story your audience can follow from foundation to finish, step inside with us.
What You Can Create Here
There are many ways to tell the HellVault story in your own voice. You can shoot build diaries that track a room from empty concrete to finished set. You can film interviews with our team about practical effects, prop fabrication, or lighting. You can record soundscapes in the deep corridors where the building pops and breathes after dark. You can produce creator vlogs, reels, photo essays, gear tests, or a podcast series that explores how a cinematic haunt comes together inside a historic concrete labyrinth.
Access Tracks
We offer a few paths so creators can participate at the level that fits their time and goals.
Content Pass. Short, scheduled visits for photography or quick videos in active work zones. You will be escorted, given a safety brief, and positioned for strong angles with minimal disruption to crew.
Partner Creator. Ongoing collaboration with recurring access, planned feature pieces, and coordinated releases. This track is ideal for creators building a series that follows the project over time.
Press and PR. Structured interviews, facility overview, and B roll opportunities for news and feature coverage. We will provide fact sheets and key dates.
Street Team. Remote creators and local fans who want to help amplify updates, share official assets, and point their audiences to sign ups, screenings, and announcements. Street Team members get regular drops of photos, clips, and talking points.
Scheduling and House Rules
All access is scheduled. This is a secure site, and many areas are active construction zones. Before visiting, email a brief plan that includes your goals, the spaces you hope to cover, the gear you intend to bring, and any special needs. We will confirm what is possible, set your call time, and assign a point of contact.
Wear closed toe shoes with good tread. Bring ear and eye protection if you plan to record near fabrication areas. Drones are not permitted indoors. Tripods, gimbals, and lights are allowed in approved zones. Power is available in designated rooms. Some spaces are pitch black even during the day, so bring a small work light or on camera light. Respect safety tape, locked doors, and any area marked as hot set.
Filming and Photography Guidelines
Capture the process without creating spoilers. Establishing shots of corridors, texture studies of concrete, macro details of props, and time lapses of a build are all encouraged. Avoid revealing puzzle solutions, secret paths, or late stage effects that we have not announced. If you film people, get consent. If you record crew conversations, let them know. For audio, plan for lavs or a directional mic. The building has a natural reverb that sounds beautiful when you plan for it and distracting when you do not.
Brand Credits and Tagging
Please include proper credits in your descriptions and on screen where applicable. Tag the official HellVault accounts and include the project title in your captions so audiences can find us. We will publish a short style note with preferred hashtags and credit lines. If your piece also covers partner brands, list them clearly in your copy so our team can coordinate cross promotion.
Cross Promotion and Reach
We regularly feature creator work in our feeds, stories, newsletters, and press kits. When we share your content, we keep your title card visible, link to your handle, and encourage our audience to follow your series. For larger collaborations, we can coordinate timed releases so your piece lands alongside a major update, trailer, or casting announcement.
Ownership and Usage
You own the content you create. By filming here, you give HellVault permission to repost or embed your public posts with credit. If you want a deeper partnership, such as co publishing, white label use, or paid licensing, we will put that in writing before any shoot. There are no exclusivity requirements unless we agree to one in advance for a specific reveal.
Street Team Program
The Street Team is for creators who love sharing the ride. We send curated photo sets, short clips, and copy points you can adapt to your voice. You can run polls, post updates, and invite your audience to join mailing lists, casting calls, and creator days. Street Team members are the first to know about content passes, special previews, and public events.
Safety, Privacy, and Embargo
Safety comes first. Follow your escort, keep gear tight to your footprint, and do not climb or lean on sets. Some rooms have no natural light, unexpected elevation changes, or temporary flooring. If you are ever unsure, ask your point of contact. Certain areas or effects may be under embargo until a planned reveal. We will be clear about what you can post immediately and what should be held.
What To Send When You Apply
Share your name, handles, platform links, average reach, the kind of piece you want to create, preferred dates, and a short gear list. If you are a journalist, include your outlet and editor contact. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must be part of the communication. If you are a business or union member, include that so we can coordinate access and credit correctly.
Day Of Logistics
Plan to arrive a few minutes early for check in and a safety brief. Parking and load in instructions will be provided with your confirmation. Bring water. Some areas are cool year round and others run warm near equipment. We will stage you so you can get clean visuals without slowing the build.
Make Something Only You Can Make
HellVault rewards creators who notice texture, space, and sound. It rewards strong eyes for composition and a good ear for detail. If you want a living subject that changes every week and a community that welcomes collaboration, this is your invite. Tell the story your audience cannot get anywhere else, and help us show the world how a cinematic haunt comes to life from the inside.
How To Apply Right Now
A dedicated Content Creators page is coming to the website with a sign up form. Until then, email the details listed above and put Content Creator or Street Team in the subject line. We will review, schedule, and start planning your first session.
